Terms of Service

1. Who can use Facetiv

• check_circleYou must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.
• check_circleOne person — one account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password safe.
• check_circleFacetiv may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, Shorts, live streams, posts, comments and messages you publish (“Content”). By publishing Content you grant Facetiv a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transcode, reproduce, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service, including showing it in feeds, search results, embeds and link previews.

You confirm that you own the Content or have the necessary rights, including music and other people's appearances, and that it does not violate anyone's rights or the law. Facetiv uses automatic video fingerprinting to detect re-uploads; repeated copyright violations lead to strikes and, after three strikes, to account termination.

3. What is not allowed

• check_circleIllegal content, violence, terrorism, child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that encourages self-harm.
• check_circleHarassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing or impersonating other people or organisations.
• check_circleSpam, misleading titles or thumbnails, artificial views, likes, followers or watch time, and any manipulation of recommendations or monetization.
• check_circleMalware, phishing, scraping, attacks on the service, bypassing security or rate limits, or using automated tools without permission.
• check_circleUploading content you do not have the rights to, including re-uploads of other creators' videos.

4. Live streams and chat

Live streaming is available to accounts older than 30 days (staff accounts excepted). Streams are subject to the same rules as videos; Facetiv may stop a stream at any time if it violates these Terms.

Private and group messages are encrypted. Facetiv cannot read end-to-end encrypted messages directly; however, to keep the platform safe, the safety team can review reported conversations using a protected platform key, and may remove messages or restrict accounts that break these Terms.

5. Monetization and payouts

Monetization is enabled only after you accept the Creator Agreement in Studio and your application is approved. Facetiv may withhold or reverse earnings that result from fraud, artificial traffic or violations of these Terms, and may suspend monetization while a violation is investigated.

You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

5,000 followers and 4,000 watch hours in 365 days (or 10M Shorts views in 90 days), 3+ uploads in 90 days, account older than 30 days, clean record

70% to the creator, 30% to Facetiv

6. Advertising

Advertisers may run campaigns through the Facetiv Ads cabinet. Ads must comply with the law and with these Terms; Facetiv reviews every campaign before it goes live and may reject or stop a campaign at any time. Budgets are charged only for delivered events (views, qualified views or clicks) as described in the cabinet.

7. Reports, moderation and appeals

• check_circleAnyone can report a video, comment, message or account. Reports are reviewed by the safety team, usually within 24 hours.
• check_circleFacetiv may remove content, hide it from recommendations, issue warnings or strikes, limit features or close accounts. We try to notify you and explain the reason.
• check_circleIf you believe a decision was wrong, contact us at info@facetiv.com with the content link — we will review the appeal.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Facetiv at any time and request deletion of your account via Settings or by writing to info@facetiv.com. Published Content is removed from the service; copies may remain in backups for up to 30 days and in other users' chats where it was shared.

Facetiv may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, for legal reasons, or if the account is inactive for more than 2 years after prior notice.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Facetiv is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that stored content will never be lost — please keep your own copies of important videos.

To the extent permitted by law, Facetiv is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content published by users, or for third-party services linked from the platform.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect; continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first, and otherwise by the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
